Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, attach the new shipping label over any old barcodes, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
